IBG Recipient of 2012 Merit Award

Wednesday June 13, 2012-IBG is proud to announce that they are the recipient of the “Award of Merit” in the 2012 Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards competition, for the Verandas at Auburn Pointe II&III.  The Award of Merit is presented to entries that the judges deemed of high quality. Some of the qualifications for this award entry included, Company Safety & Health Policy Manual, OSHA reports, NAICS Codes, contracted scopes, and references.

The Veranda at Auburn Pointe II&III is a major component to the Auburn Pointe community. This residential district is revitalization of the former Grady Homes public housing community. This project became a catalyst for initiating the long economic resurgence of the neighborhood immediately adjacent to the historic Sweet Auburn District.

As an independent senior living facility, The Veranda at Auburn Pointe II&IIIoffers several community amenities including, Community Room, On-site laundry on every floor, Game / Recreation Room, Covered Porch, Equipped Exercise Room, Equipped Computer Room, Furnished sitting areas by elevators, Equipped Walking Trails, Covered pavilion with barbeque facilities, Movie Theater and a Wellness Center.
